5月25日至30日，2023中關(guān)村論壇將在北京舉辦。論壇年度主題確定為“開(kāi)放合作、共享未來(lái)”，將舉辦150余場(chǎng)活動(dòng)，包括舉辦55場(chǎng)平行論壇。今年論壇將有80多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的嘉賓出席，近200家外國(guó)政府部門(mén)、國(guó)際組織和機(jī)構(gòu)參與。

The 2023 Zhongguancun Forum (ZGC Forum) is slated to take place in Beijing from May 25 to 30. The forum, themed "Open Cooperation for a Shared Future," will host more than 150 events, including 55 parallel forums, attracting guests from more than 80 countries and regions, as well as nearly 200 foreign government departments, international organizations and institutions.

2023中關(guān)村論壇設(shè)置論壇會(huì)議、展覽展示、技術(shù)交易、成果發(fā)布、前沿大賽和配套活動(dòng)共6大板塊150余場(chǎng)活動(dòng)，圍繞人工智能、生命科學(xué)、清潔能源等前沿領(lǐng)域和數(shù)據(jù)治理、數(shù)字體育等熱點(diǎn)議題，舉辦55場(chǎng)平行論壇，此外，一批原創(chuàng)前沿科技成果、權(quán)威研究報(bào)告、重大國(guó)際科技合作項(xiàng)目和政策舉措等將在論壇發(fā)布，全球技術(shù)交易生態(tài)伙伴大會(huì)、中關(guān)村國(guó)際前沿科技創(chuàng)新大賽總決賽、投資北京全球峰會(huì)和2023中國(guó)科幻大會(huì)等系列活動(dòng)也將同期舉辦。

中關(guān)村是中國(guó)第一個(gè)國(guó)家自主創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)，中關(guān)村論壇是面向全球科技創(chuàng)新交流合作的國(guó)家級(jí)平臺(tái)。中國(guó)支持中關(guān)村開(kāi)展新一輪先行先試改革，加快建設(shè)世界領(lǐng)先的科技園區(qū)，為促進(jìn)全球科技創(chuàng)新交流合作作出新的貢獻(xiàn)。

Zhongguancun is China's first national independent innovation demonstration zone, and the Zhongguancun Forum is a State-level platform for global sci-tech innovation exchanges and cooperation. China supports Zhongguancun in carrying out a new round of pilot reforms, speeding up the construction of a world-leading sci-tech park, and making new contributions to promoting global sci-tech innovation exchanges and cooperation.

完善黨中央對(duì)科技工作統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的體制，健全新型舉國(guó)體制，強(qiáng)化國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略科技力量，優(yōu)化配置創(chuàng)新資源，優(yōu)化國(guó)家科研機(jī)構(gòu)、高水平研究型大學(xué)、科技領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)定位和布局，形成國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室體系，統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)國(guó)際科技創(chuàng)新中心、區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新中心建設(shè)，加強(qiáng)科技基礎(chǔ)能力建設(shè)，強(qiáng)化科技戰(zhàn)略咨詢(xún)，提升國(guó)家創(chuàng)新體系整體效能。

We will improve the system in which the Party Central Committee exercises unified leadership over science and technology work. We will improve the new system for mobilizing resources nationwide to make key technological breakthroughs. We will boost China’s strength in strategic science and technology, better allocate innovation resources, and better define the roles of national research institutes, advanced-level research universities, and leading high-tech enterprises to improve their layout. We will establish a system of national laboratories, coordinate the development of international and regional centers for scientific and technological innovation, enhance basic scientific and technological capacity, and ensure better strategic input from the science and technology sector, so as to boost the overall performance of China’s innovation system.
